I’m an independent artist, and I run this shop alongside my regular job, being a mom, and managing my social media. In other words, I’m the limit! To carefully prepare orders, handle shipments, and respond to your emails the way I want to, I need time.

Opening and closing seasonally allows me to keep doing something I love without neglecting other aspects of my life. I want to provide great service, and I believe that opening only for a few weeks at a time benefits everyone ( ˊᵕˋ )♡.°⑅

You’ll still be able to browse the products or even keep them in your cart so that when I take the shop out of pause mode, you can place your order.

All items are shipped from Girona, Spain. Orders are processed as soon as possible, but please note that during the busiest periods (e.g. around the holiday season) it may take up to three weeks for us to get to your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding! (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, so the best way to find out the shipping cost for a specific item is to add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Does this store ship to my country?

This store ships to most European countries!
Now is open to: UK/US/Canada/Australia and Japan ❤︎
If your country isn't here, send me a message and I will study your country rules to know if I can ship it there.

Why I'm charged taxes, VAT or IVA?

Taxes will be charged in the final checkout on orders from Spain and any country from Europe following the law.
Countries outside Europe will not be charged with taxes, as the orders are considered export. Your order may fall at customs in your country ant the corresponding taxes will be paid there.

How about customs?

Customs are fees that you might be charged by your country when you order an imported parcel abroad.

These fees depend on your own country's laws and are out of my hands as a seller. Orders charged with these fees are chosen arbitrarily, so please be aware of this before ordering an item.

I didn't receive a tracking code

Please check that you selected a shipping option that includes tracking.

If you selected a “tracked” option and didn't receive the number, Please! Feel free to send an email if you believe this was the case for your order, so that I can look into it.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders are shipped from Spain, using our national postal service provider (Correos).

There was a problem with my order!

Please send me an email including your order number so that I can look into the issue!

Damages & Lost packages

Purchasing a tracking number during checkout is strongly encouraged if your area's postal system isn't very reliable.

Please note that I am not responsible for packages that have been lost or held up at your local post office or customs office.
I am unable to provide complete refunds for things that are damaged or lost in transit because I have no control over how a package is handled after it has been dispatched.

  • If your tracking says delivered but your order hasn’t arrived, please contact your local post office directly.
  • If your item is damaged due to shipping errors please contact me with pictures of the item so I can help you out. 
  • if a tracked package return to me I will contact with you and depending on the reason I will refund you only the items returned, not the shipping cost I already invested.
